Order Despatch

Because we make most of our items ourselves, orders can take upto 10 working days to send. If your order includes a blouse, the parcel will not be posted until everything is ready. This could be 2 to 3 weeks. Orders with Shirts can take upto 4 weeks. If you would like something sooner or for a certain date though, please contact us as we can usually accommodate.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card on this secure site or over the phone if you prefer. Just call us on 01634 842632. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

You can also pay by cheque or postal order, made payable to ‘MARINA PHIPPS' and sent to:

(Cheques must clear before the order is dispatched).

Alternatively you can pay by paypal. Just contact us with your paypal address and order and we will send you a paypal invoice.

Delivery

All domestic orders are delivered by Royal Mail by First Class Recorded or Special Next Day Delivery. Orders need a signature on receipt. If this is not possible Royal Mail will leave a card for collection of the parcel. If the order is not collected and thereby sent back to us, you will be re-charged postage for re-sending.

Our shop does not automatically put postage on orders over £100. We advise customers ourselves depending on the best rate we can get for their specific order.

If you would like your parcel to be sent in discreet packaging please advise us when you order and we will accommodate.

International Orders

We welcome international orders.

Import Duty:
Customers placing orders outside the EU may have to pay import duty. We word our Customs Declarations to show that goods are for personal use and not for trade, in order to reduce any payments that local Customs may charge.

Prices

Prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are separate. We will debit you in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable.

Returns

We want your return/exchange to be as agreeable and easy as possible. We suggest a delivery method (such as Recorded) that you can insure when returning your item to us, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. We need to receive your return within 10 days from our postage date. Returned items must be unworn and in the condition they were received. This is necessary for us to maintain the high standards we hold. You are responsible for all delivery costs when returning an item. If you are exchanging an item, you are also responsible for the delivery costs of sending the new item back to you. Clothes that have been custom-embroidered or custom-sized understandably cannot be returned.
