When we are busy orders can take upto 10 working days to be dispatched. Please bear this in mind if needed for a certain date.

If you require your order sooner please contact us immediately as we can usually accommodate.

Shirts and Blouses can take upto 4 weeks to be dispatched.
Orders including these will be held until complete unless you ask for the items to be delivered separately (for extra delivery charges).

NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a valid email address as we communicate through email.

You can also pay by cheque or postal order. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to ‘MARINA PHIPPS' and sent to:

Cheques must clear before the order is dispatched. Only cheques drawn on a UK bank are acceptable.

 



All domestic orders are delivered by Royal Mail
First Class Recorded or
Special Next Day Delivery.

Orders need a signature on receipt. If this is not possible Royal Mail will
leave a card for collection of the parcel. If the order is not collected and
thereby sent back to us, you will be re-charged postage for re-sending.

Our shop does not automatically put postage on orders over £100.
We advise customers ourselves depending on the best
rate we can get for their specific order.

We cannot accept Post Office Box addresses.

 



We welcome international orders. Shipping charges can be found here.

Import Duty:
Customers placing orders outside the EU may have to pay import duty. We word our Customs Declarations to show that goods are for personal use and not for trade, in order to reduce any payments that local Customs may charge.

 



Prices shown are in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT. Delivery charges are separate. We will debit you in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable.

 



We want your return/exchange to be as agreeable and easy as possible.

We suggest a delivery method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us, as we can hold no responsibility for lost parcels.

We need to receive your return within 10 days from our postage date. You are responsible for all delivery costs when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the delivery costs of sending the new item back to you.

Returned items must be unworn and in the condition they were received. Items that are not returned in this way may be sent back to you at your expense. This is necessary for us to maintain the high standards we hold.

Please follow the guidelines above, but if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email us.

Clothes that have been custom-embroidered or custom-sized understandably cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will incur a 5% fee.
