Anyway, we've been working hard as usual. I didn't think it was possible to work more hours but whilst the recession (or as the Government call it... 'the recovery') lingers on and on, the powers that be seem to be doing everything possible to make it even harder for us small businesses to survive. As a result we're working more hours than ever, which is becoming more and more of a struggle.

So please bear with us when it comes to answering the phone and emails, and updating the website as there are only the 2 of us here now. We still have our answerphone so if you can't get hold of us please leave your number and we will definitely call you back. Our number is 01634 842632.

We have a new range of skirts in the pipeline that we are hoping to list in November. We have some beautiful cotton prints on order. At the moment we only have polycotton in the prints but we have decided to go upmarket for those of you that want something really pretty and a bit more substantial.

And to go underneath them we finally have some good news on the Chiffon and Organdy Petticoats... We have sourced 2 new suppliers... Hurray!! We don't have an exhaustive range yet, but we will gradually build it up. We also have another supplier lined up with some gorgeous vintage style jumpers and pencil skirts, but since it takes a lot of time to set new ranges up on the website I'm afraid I won't have time to list them until after Christmas.

We're also trying to get enough customer photos organised to update our Gallery. So if you have any you'd like us to use, old or recent, please email us them.
